The stay was not what I anticipated. There were cleanliness issues, with hairs in the shower and an unwelcoming smell upon arrival. Additionally, the front desk showed little concern during check-in. The breakfast quality was subpar—too few options and poorly managed. Not worth the price offered.

Great place with great wi-fi, free parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me with late check-in, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it!

Clean room, peaceful location, attentive staff, with a lovely breakfast area offering a variety of fresh options like coffee and juice. Easy access to hiking and fishing nearby.

The mattress had a noticeable stain.

The room was immaculate, with a cozy king-sized bed and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly delightful. The accessible location near attractions was also a highlight.

A microwave in the room would be nice.

The hotel was close to Santa's Land and the Great Smoky Mountains, which made for fun family outings. The suite was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous creek view that added a nice touch to our mornings. The included breakfast offered a good variety which pleased everyone, especially the fresh scrambled eggs.

For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor play areas for kids.

Had a fantastic experience at this cozy spot! I loved lounging by the well-kept outdoor pool and enjoying the serene vibe on the sun terrace. The only downside was a bit of noise from the breakfast area, but it didn't dampen my stay at all! ☀️

fridge didn’t work properly

I stayed one night in a King Suite with River View. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the scenic view from the balcony. The wi-fi worked well, and the parking was convenient. A great choice for a quick getaway! 🌊

The hotel had a lovely river view from our room, and check-in was quick with friendly staff. However, there was a persistent odor in the room, and the amenities were less than advertised, lacking a microwave. Still, the location was convenient for reaching the casino and exploring Cherokee.

Great for groups but pricey

The staff really went above and beyond for us, getting all our 6 riverfront rooms together when we arrived. And the location right by the river was just perfect for relaxing evenings by the water.

But honestly, the door wouldn’t lock—so we had to take shifts guarding our snacks! And why did the heater think it was a light switch, on-off all night?

I loved my King Suite with River View! The calming sound of the flowing river right off my balcony was the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was good, with a variety of delicious options that fueled my adventures!

Quality Inn offers beautifully decorated common areas and accessible paths that made moving around easy. My King Suite by the river was calm and inviting, allowing me to relax while enjoying the lovely view from my private balcony.

The little river view outside was beautiful, and I loved the relaxing vibe it provided. We had a great time watching the local wildlife from our balcony.
